Cotton Mill 6 is a modern apartment in a renovated 19th century stone-built mill located only minutes away from Hebden Bridge’s shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and cinema.
Due to the unique geography of this popular town, our apartment features a direct walk-in from a quiet street, whilst two south-facing Juliet-balconied french doors in the open-plan lounge /kitchen, overlook the cobble-stone street below at third floor level. You will love fantastic views over the town, hillside and valley beyond.
Our one-bedroom apartment is fabulous for two guests, and is newly furnished throughout in a modern style. Our modern but comfortable lounge area has a LCD Flat-screen TV, a DVD Player and iPod Dock with a selection of Games, DVD's and Books.
You will love cooking in our black marble top designer kitchen, that incorporates an Induction Hob, Electric Oven, separate Fridge and Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave. We provide ample dishware and high caliber cookware housed in "cafe au lait" high gloss cupboards.
Have a great nights sleep in our tastefully decorated bedroom, featuring a Pillow-Top, European King-size Bed, three large Fitted Mirror-door Wardrobes with Drawer Units in two, and High Quality Bed Linens to add that touch of luxury.
Our small, but stylish bathroom/WC boast an Over-bath Shower, Heated Towel Rails with Quality fluffy white Towels to wrap yourself in after a wonderful day out and about in Hebden Bridge.
Unfortunately, (or fortunately, since you are on vacation!) we do not provide a washer or dryer or Internet access, but a a launderette is located a few minutes away as is the local library that provides excellent access to computers and the Internet.
Please note, that for health reasons the apartment is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.
To keep our costs competitive, our holidays are from 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday
We will confirm the booking as soon as possible and accept a provisional booking and reserve the property for your holiday provided we receive a deposit of 30% of the holiday rental fee within 7 working days of confirmation. The final balance of the holiday period fee less any deposit will become due 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If the holiday is due to start within 8 weeks of the date of booking the total of the holiday rental the full fee is payable at the time of booking.Over and above the cost of the holiday a £100 refundable damage bond must be paid with the balance of payment.
